Job Description: McDermott, Will & Schulte LLP is building one of the most ambitious AI programs in the legal industry — and great design is central to making it work. We're looking for a UX Designer to serve as the design authority across our AI Solutions Delivery team: advising analysts on UX approaches, setting the quality bar for every user-facing solution we ship, and stepping in to drive design directly when it matters most. This is not a production design role. It's a judgment role — for a designer who can look at an AI-generated interface and immediately know what's right, what's wrong, and exactly how to make it better.
