Providing over-the-top client service and industry leading solutions, Koley Jessen helps our clients to navigate the complex and ever-changing world of global immigration to better achieve their goals. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Who we want:</strong><br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Exceptional communicators who enjoy working with internal and external clients.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Meticulous attention to detail, compiling and summarizing data for clients, managers, and reporting needs.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Multitasker who enjoys managing a range of case related duties, including drafting communication and documentation to clients, government agencies, and colleagues.&nbsp;<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Intellectual curiosity and an insatiable appetite for learning about the various types of immigration matters.&nbsp;<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Collaborative team player who is eager to build knowledge of the firm and client processes, and takes initiative regarding assignments for self and team. &nbsp; &nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong><br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Prepare family-based immigrant petitions (I-130) for immediate relatives and preference categories<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Assist with consular processing, including DS-260 and NVC submissions<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Draft and file adjustment of status applications and related supporting documents<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Support naturalization applications (N-400) and citizenship-related matters<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Assist with DACA renewals, TPS applications, and humanitarian-based filings as needed<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Communicate directly with clients and foreign nationals to gather documentation, explain procedures, and provide timely case updates.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Draft correspondence, support letters, cover letters, and legal memoranda for attorney review.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Manage and maintain client immigration files, tracking deadlines, receipt notices, RFEs, approvals, and expirations.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Assist in managing immigration court calendar<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Prepare and file applications and documents for immigration court<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Prepare and file motions with immigration court&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What you need:&nbsp;</strong><br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Associate's or bachelor's degree, paralegal certifi
