Marketing information manager job at Michael Best. Milwaukee, WI. Full job description The Position Michael Best is seeking a Marketing Information Manager. The Marketing Information Manager is responsible for development, execution, and continuous refinement of multi-channel client acquisition through the Dynamics platform and the development of programs, roadmaps, and client relation strategies. As a highly collaborative role, the Marketing Information Manager inspires others to embrace the value of the technology as well as the changing landscape of the industry and it’s evolving technologies. This position demands extensive cross-functional collaboration, good communication skills, excellent project managerial skills, creative skills, and a process-focus aptitude to effectively execute multiple responsibilities and deliverables. What You'll Be Doing Leveraging existing and new technologies the Marketing Information Manager develops and maintains systems and processes to gather, protect, and utilize client and prospect relationship data. The Marketing Information Manager is primarily responsible for developing and executing a robust set of data management processes, ensuring data accuracy, cleanliness, and usability within Dynamics CRM. This role works with others in the Marketing Business Development department and others across the firm to create and maintain an effective database of clients, prospective clients, referral sources and pipelines in the firm’s Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Essential duties include: Manage the daily operations and administration of the CRM system, ensuring smooth functionality and user support Guide Dynamics CRM data collection and campaigns and introduce new capabilities for the purpose of meeting emerging business needs and market trends. Monitor CRM performance and identify opportunities for optimization, including workflow enhancements and process improvements. Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the system through regular audits, data cleaning, and adherence to best practices Manage the execution of multi-platform marketing campaigns by delegating tasks to cross-functional teams. Develop and maintain ancillary tools to assist in data driven decisions. These include PowerBi reports and dashboards, Power Apps, and data augmentation and integrations such as enrichment platforms. Develop and deliver reports and insights from CRM data to inform business decisions and client development strategies. Develop and present post-campaign analytics to stakeholders, including data driven insights and recommendations for strategy improvement. Collaborates with Business Development Managers to establish clear standards for use of firm data. Develops and maintains other databases as required by the business development and strategic growth efforts of the firm. Performs other duties as assigned. Job Requirements: Knowledge Base & Education: Minimum five years’ experience managing a Microsoft Dynamics CRM system required; experience with a professional services organization preferred. Expert in Microsoft Dynamics and HSO/Legal360 platforms. Understands necessary information, processes and procedures to carry out complex deliverables. BA or BS Degree required. Technology or marketing major preferred. Strong technology and analytical skills. Good organizational skills and a positive attitude required. Extensive Microsoft 365 application skills required, including database administration, Power Apps, PowerBi, Microsoft Dynamics, and model-driven service architectures. Interest and aptitude for technology solutions strongly preferred. Adaptability: Maintains appropriate focus on outcomes and accomplishments, even as goals adapt to changing business needs. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines Ability to work well independently as well as effectively within a team Collaboration: Ability to develop relationships and foster teamwork at all levels of the Firm Strong team player, capable of collaboration as well as independent work. Communication: Recognizes the essential value of continuous information exchange. Always maintains calm and professional communication.
