- Set design vision and strategy while overseeing execution of day-to-day projects. - Lead and mentor a team of designers, encouraging collaboration and growth. - Collaborate with the Manager of Brand Communications to translate brand strategy into compelling, consistent visuals across print and digital. - Manage multiple high-volume, time-sensitive projects while maintaining quality. -
