We provide a Hybrid Work Schedule (3 days in the office/2 days work from home) for all attorneys and staff whose job functions can be performed off premises and will consider other alternative work arrangements on a case-by-case basis. We completely embrace full-body wellbeing – we create opportunities for community and connection by scheduling regular in-person and virtual events, we have implemented the employee assistance program Guide + Thrive, and provide additional resources on mindfulness such as meditations and yoga classes. Our leadership taps into the insight of our more junior attorneys by drawing on guidance from the Management Advisory Committee. Comprised of a rotating group of non-equity attorneys, the committee serves as advocates on behalf of their peers, bringing various issues to the attention of the firm’s management. The Management Advisory Committee discusses foundational topics including firm structure, operations, strategic planning and governance.
