Sacramento Metropolitan Area (Hybrid) The Underwood Law Firm, P.C. is an award-winning, statewide, law firm specializing in a real estate/ business niche and seeks an experienced civil litigation attorney to join our thriving practice. The position offers the opportunity to take on meaningful and complex litigation while working collaboratively in a client-facing role with substantial court appearance opportunities. If you understand civil litigation in California, then we can provide you with the tools and education for this niche, known as partition law. The ideal candidate will be responsible, with supervision and guidance, for handling cases from inception to resolution, including in court proceedings, depositions, negotiating with opposing counsel, and advising clients.
