Litigation Paralegal Compensation, Hours, and Flexibility California pay range for this role, with final offer amount commensurate with skillset and experience, is $34.62 to $43.27 per hour Minimum 1,200 annual billable hours The Opportunity and Caseload At DMW, our primary focus is finding a collaborative professional who cares about doing high-quality work supporting our attorneys and clients who range from large international corporations to small businesses and individuals. Responsibilities and skills include: Preparation of and responding to discovery in pending litigation Document management and organization Analysis of documents and preparation of same for production Preparing draft judicial council forms for various court-related hearings Preparing and responding to subpoenas Preparing attorneys for depositions, including preparation of exhibits, handling of exhibits during remote depositions, summarizing of deposition transcripts All aspects of trial preparation Communicating with firm personnel, clients, vendors and other third parties Competency in software applications, including word processing, document management software, spreadsheet and database management, e-discovery, timekeeping, and forms programs Your active caseload will span diverse business disputes, including general business disputes, employment litigation, probate litigation, real estate disputes, healthcare litigation, and data privacy and cybersecurity litigation. Business Litigation Attorney Compensation, Hours, and Flexibility Base Salary: $160,000 – $190,000 per year (commensurate with experience, education, and book of business) Billable Requirement: minimum 1,850 annual billable hours Work Model: Hybrid (3 days in office / 2 days remote to balance collaboration and flexibility) The Opportunity and Caseload At DMW, you will receive active practice development support and direct, structured mentorship from partners and veteran trial attorneys.  Our primary focus is finding a collaborative professional who cares deeply about doing high-quality work for our clients who range from large international corporations to small businesses and individuals.  Our ideal candidate will possess intellectual curiosity and enjoy learning something new every day.
