Billing Coordinator

The Coordinator – Revenue Operations is an integral part of Latham’s Revenue Operations team. This role will be responsible for inventory management including coordinating the activities of the billing process, performing complex billing duties in efforts to meet monthly targets, and monitoring and tracking accounts receivable (A/R), while managing the complete billing and collections cycle for the inventory of a specified group of billing attorneys, ensuring compliance with the firm’s best practices for processes, tasks, and timelines. This role will be located in either our San Francisco or Silicon Valley office.
