Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, providing support for attorneys by performing a variety of duties, such as assisting with pleadings, discovery, motions, and legal correspondence; answering phones; and communicating with attorneys, clients, and court personnel. This position requires exceptional administrative processes effective judgment managing information; excellent organizational, client service, and written and verbal communication skills; the ability to multitask while adapting to changes in priorities; excellent technological skills, including proficiency in MS Office; and the ability to adapt to changes in technology and process. Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality, discretion, and decorum. Spanish fluency a plus, but not required.
